Sherpa 2-in-1 Petrol Scarifier and Aerator

The Sherpa STS40-S is a petrol scarifier which includes a spring tine and hardened tine cassette. Powered by a productive 212cc OHV engine with straightforward starting. The fuel tank is top mounted and easy to fill. Scarifying your lawn removes unwanted moss and thatch allowing moisture and sunlight to reach the grass roots. The STS40-S is a 2 in 1 scarifier and comes supplied with two cassettes giving you everything you need for producing a healthy-looking lawn. The spring tine cassette is fitted with 24 robust tines, the tips to the tines are angled for more effective raking of thatch and dead grass. The steel blade cassette has 18 rigid solid steel blades which cut deep into the layers of turf scarifying stubborn thatch and aerating the ground to allow moisture to permeate and increase drainage. The scarifier’s working depth is adjusted using a dial mounted within easy reach on the deck. A quick drop lever lifts and lowers the tines.
