The aerator attachment uses four sets of tempered steel "knives" to cut into the soil under your grass to allow water, oxygen, and nutrients to absorb. Tines produce four 1-1/2-inch-deep hairline slits 2 1/2 inches apart. Ideal for dense clay soil.

First aerate your grass before overseeding or spot seeding. Dethatcher Attachment swiftly removes weeds and tan-colored "thatch" that chokes lawns. With 60 spring-steel picks, you can cut 15" in one pass.

The Mantis Deluxe XP Tiller cannot use this lawn aerator and dethatcher attachment.
