Hayter Hawk 36 Push 60v Cordless Rear Roller Mower Kit

The Hawk 36 will be a new addition to the Hayter 60v range of battery powered lawnmowers from 2022. Choosing a cordless lawn mower for your garden is a good choice if you're environmentally minded as it's greener than the traditional petrol versions. No wires / electric cables or petrol and oil to deal with. This Hawk 36 kit is supplied with the 2.5Ah battery and standard charger to get you started. Smaller 2.5Ah batteries are for very light mowing where as the largest 7.5Ah is for mowing large gardens.

Toro own Hayter so their 60v batteries , chargers and Flex-Force garden tools are interchangeable with the Hayter mowers. The only difference is that the Toro is branded red. Hayter recommend the 2.5Ah battery for the Hawk 36 as it's the most suitable for light mowing. The 2.5Ah battery is also perfect for using in the Toro FlexForce 60v garden tools.

The hand-propelled Hawk 36 (Code553) has a 36cm (15") cutting width so is suited to smaller lawns and gardens. The grass collector is of a solid plastic and fabric construction and fits easily onto the back of the mower. The rear roller gives an attractive striped finish to the lawn. The control handles can be folded down for convenient transport and storage with a centrally located carry handle to make life even easier. The Hawk 36 can then be stored in an upright position for space saving. The battery is located at the front of the mower and can be easily seen through the transparent window. Batteries can be inserted and removed quickly with their carry handle. This kit includes the 2.5Ah battery (102A) and standard (120A) charger. The charger has an easy to read LED indicator to indicate when charging is complete. It can even be hung on a wall to save space. The battery has a LED indicator to show the charge level and built-in carry handle. It will also only charge when it's the right temperature.

It's recommended that when the mower is being stored the battery is removed. This is especially important during the Winter months as the damp can damage the battery. Keep the battery in a dry, warm spot and it will keep it's performance come the Spring.
